This repeat offense features Dubya postulating on the disbelief Texans, particularly the people at the Crawford Coffee Shop, would express for saying good things about Senator Edward M. "Ted" Kennedy of Massachusetts. Thanks go out to Lisa K. for compiling this collection of repeat offenses for me.
